Your flower delivery will be sent on the date that you specify at Checkout to the address that you enter. If the recipient is not home when our courier attempts delivery, the flowers will be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers (and protected from the weather), they will be returned to our store and we will make contact with you for their collection or a second attempt can be made, at a cost to you. If the mis-delivery is due to courier error, a second delivery attempt will be made at our cost.
